Shipping

Chocolate orders are dispatched within 3 business days unless it’s a special order.

Shipping chocolate is a difficult task due to the perishable nature of the product.

We have tested many ways and found the optimal solution. To avoid the chocolate melting in the hot months, we pack every order in insulated bubble wrap and add an ice pack to keep the chocolates cool.

Within the Melbourne metro, we use refrigerated courier services. For the rest of Australia, we use Australia Post Express and courier services.

We offer $15 flat rate delivery fee. Free shipping is available for orders over$150.

Returns
